THE RENTAL
The casita is very efficient, warm in the winter and cool in the summer with low utility bills.
 THE LIVING AREAThe bedroom and living room are interconnected with a full bathroom to the east. There are two large closets in the bedroom and open faced cabints in the bath.  SOUTH FACING FOR SOLAR GAINThe casita has insulated windows and solar heat from a large collector. In the summer the venting from the solar collector can be switched to passively exhaust heated air to the outside.  TWO ATTACHED CARPORTSA one car carport is on the west side. There is a RV spot with full hookup available that has a separate driveway on the north side of the casita.  CARPORT WITH STORAGEThe east carport has storage shelves, is wired for 120v and lighting. Both carports are made of metal with clear panels for extra light. There is a small storage shed/workshop behind the house. We have year-round gardens and a natural yard with low maintenance cactus and desert grasses.
